Hey There, my Riding Buds,
I know I haven’t written much, during these last few months. Truth be told, I’ve been riding shit loads. Which, in my humble opinion, ain’t a bad excuse, at all.
I think I’ve damn near got close to 10,000 miles on the odometer, for just this season alone, which started around mid-April. I’ve done multi-day trips to Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming. So far, the riding season has been quite amazing, and I consider it only half completed.
I couldn’t be happier with my work horse of a bike. My Yamaha Fudge 9 ( Now known as the Tracer 900 ). It has faithfully served me, and continues to do so. I can honestly say, I have zero concerns, or complaints, with my beautiful machine.
Also, during the last few months, I actually had to do some real work, in order to beef up the savings account, and pay the bills. As you may know, from reading any of my previous posts, I design, and program, iPhone apps, for a living. Most of the work I do is for startups. So, with that being said, I found a gig, and was able to spend a few months working on a quite interesting, and fun, project.
And then there is my German language studies, which consumes a good chunk of the day. I’ve been studying German, off and on, for the last few years. It’s coming along, but shit damn! It’s a tricky language. No wonder the typical German seems to always look a bit annoyed, and pissed off. Ha.
Ok then, with all that being said, I’m going to work on posting much more often. I’m going to change up my writing process a bit, and post shorter articles, but more frequently, starting … Right Now!
Until tomorrow ( Or, as the Germans say “Bis Morgen” ), I’m going to end this one, and git back on the horse. Cheers.
